At Professional Pavement Services LLC, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Surface Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our concrete crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of various construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for smoothing and finishing freshly poured concrete, applying curing or surface treatments, and maintaining and restoring various masonry structures such as floors, sidewalks, roads, and patios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete to achieve a high-quality finish
• Apply curing or surface treatments to ensure durability and longevity
• Maintain and restore various masonry structures, including floors, sidewalks, roads, and patios
• Work closely with the Concrete Foreman to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
