Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
  • Encourage independence and self-care among residents
  • Participate in the planning and execution of activities and events for residents
  • Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
