Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a skilled fabricator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of welding equipment and producing high-quality products.
About the Job:
The Welder is a critical role in our manufacturing process, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of welding techniques. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest welding techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
- Familiarity with welding symbols and blueprints.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred.
