Medical Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team at Trinity Employment Specialists. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
- Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by providers, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and medical equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with insurance verification and patient billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Follow all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and providers.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
