Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to deliver speech and language therapy services to students.
- Implement treatment plans and facilitate therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Record and report on student progress to the supervising speech-language pathologist.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment that supports student success.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.
- Current SLPA license in the state where the position is located.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children.
