Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to work in the Milton, Massachusetts area.

About the Role
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence, under the direction of a registered physical therapist. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply standard treatment procedures to patients with physical impairments
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services
  • Provide teaching and education to patients and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies

This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with shift times of 8 hours per day. Travel within PHH's geographic area is required.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies
  • Experience: Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
