Job Description

At Grand Peaks Property, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, ensuring a safe environment for our residents, and supervising all aspects of maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the physical condition of our properties and address any unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Complete make-readies in a timely manner and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Develop and implement an efficient system for handling resident service requests.
  • Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair tasks, including those listed on the attached make-ready checklist.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, safety systems, and repair/replacement of major equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and return signed reports to management within four days.
  • Assist other employees in apartment management functions as needed.
