This role is focused on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.

As a key contributor, you will provide measurement and signature intelligence support for the development of strategic planning and future capability documents. You will also assist in collection efforts to create a comprehensive all-source intelligence overview. Collaboration with National Agency and other service counterparts is essential to ensure that USARPAC and theater requirements and priorities are effectively communicated and fulfilled.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: This category requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman typically performs all functional responsibilities independently.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. Duties may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Sufficient mobility is required, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily tasks efficiently. The role may involve climbing, working at heights, and in confined spaces. Candidates must be able to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations. Work environments may be noisy and subject to temperature variations. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be necessary, and walking moderate to long distances could be required.

Work Environment: The position is primarily office-based, typically within a cubicle setting (considerations include close quarters, low to moderate noise, and varying lighting conditions). Effective collaboration with co-workers, customers, and all management levels is essential. The work environment is generally safe, with limited travel required, up to 10% of the time.

Equipment and Tools: Proficiency in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools is expected.

Attendance: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial to meet deadlines and participate in meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission needs.

Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and colleagues. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary. Appropriate grooming and attire for the position must be maintained, ensuring no safety risks to oneself or others. A positive work atmosphere should be upheld through professional behavior and communication. Independent transportation to the office or work site is required, and travel to customer locations may be necessary. Compliance with safety regulations, including the use of seat belts while driving for work purposes, is mandatory. Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check. A commitment to enhancing productivity and fostering teamwork is essential.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by work location and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
