Position Overview- Specialty: First Assist Technician

Job Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Shift: 12 hours, days
Key Responsibilities:
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room.
- Experience in CVOR is essential.
- Proficiency in endoscopic vein harvesting using Hemapro 2 and/or Vasoview 6 systems is required.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory.
- Certification as a Surgical Tech First Assist (NBSTA) is necessary.
Additional Information:
- Scrubbing for this position is a requirement.
- Flexibility to float between operating rooms is expected, though not between locations.
- All travelers must have completed the COVID vaccine series or possess a valid exemption.
Facility Overview:
- 17 bed operating room for inpatient and outpatient procedures.
- Patient population includes open heart, transplant, trauma/neuro cases.
- All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant, robotic, and hybrid rooms.
