We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiter/Admissions Specialist. This full-time position will be based at our Poteau campus and will play a key role in communicating with prospective students, their families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with prospective students and their families through various means, including appointments, phone calls, and electronic communication
  • Represent Carl Albert State College at college fairs, high school visits, and community agencies to promote the benefits of a college education and recruit new students
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of recruitment events, including the Scholastic Contest
  • Provide campus tours and assist with the admissions process for incoming students
  • Manage the CRM database and assist with all aspects of the admissions process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer and word processing skills
  • Experience in promotion, sales, and marketing preferred
What We Offer
  • $33,000 annually, plus a full benefit package
