Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized healthcare services to students, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and maintaining accurate health records.
  • Evaluate and assess students' health needs, providing appropriate care and interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized health plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to student health and safety.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of California.
  • At least one year of experience providing student healthcare in a school or healthcare setting.
