The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Anesthesiology, is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team of anesthesiologists, resident physicians, and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), who work collaboratively to support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care in a fast-paced and diverse clinical practice.
We offer a variety of anesthetizing sites, providing challenging opportunities, including teaching and academic responsibilities. Our Health System has dedicated anesthesia teams at multiple locations, offering a general mix of cases, including high acuity trauma, regional anesthesia, endoscopy, vascular, cardiovascular, obstetrics, pediatrics, ENT, neurological surgery, orthopedics, pain management, and non-operating room anesthesia.
Preferred candidates will have strong skills in regional blocks and epidurals. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- MD/DO or equivalent
- ABA board certification or eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for licensure in Kansas and Missouri
