Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the individual needs and preferences of our residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- RN or LPN with a current Indiana license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work a second shift, Monday through Friday, 3pm-11:30pm.
- A competitive salary of $42.50 per hour.
