The role of a Care Provider encompasses delivering direct assistance and emotional support to residents while ensuring a nurturing and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding the cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces and communal areas.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their dignity and safety.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating as needed.
  • Encouraging participation in life skills and enrichment activities to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience working with elderly individuals is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, management, and colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
