We are currently looking for Care Providers to become a vital part of our community at Morada Albuquerque.
The role of a Care Provider encompasses delivering direct assistance and emotional support to residents while ensuring a nurturing and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding the cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces and communal areas.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their dignity and safety.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating as needed.
- Encouraging participation in life skills and enrichment activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Preferred certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with elderly individuals is preferred.
- Effective communication skills with residents, management, and colleagues.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
