Nurse Practitioner

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment. As a proactive and compassionate nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care, including initiating and/or leading activities and promoting an inter/intra-disciplinary process.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, ensuring a current and future qualified workforce, and modeling the professional practice of nursing and creating a healthy work environment.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of current direct patient care experience.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care, and hold basic computer skills.
