Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of production and operation teams
  • Manage employee attendance and hours worked, ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Train and coach new and current employees on production processes and equipment
  • Inspect materials and equipment to detect malfunctions and ensure quality control

Requirements
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to maintain production operations through supervising, planning, scheduling, and monitoring labor productivity
  • Previous hands-on experience in steel fabrication, production, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment, including CNC Oxy Fuel Burn machine and Plasma cutting
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to communicate effectively with employees
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues in a fast-paced production environment
  • Comfort with computers and programs like Office and Excel
