Position Summary

Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, stands as the leading provider of secure transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM maintenance, and various value-added services for financial institutions, retailers, and governmental entities.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Vault Operations Supervisor. This position is crucial for overseeing vault activities, including the management of currency and firearms, ensuring accountability, and prioritizing the daily workflow of operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise vault personnel and oversee daily operations.
  • Manage inventory processes, including the opening and closing of the branch and vault check in/out.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and skill enhancement for team members.
  • Monitor performance metrics of staff, equipment, and workflows.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard inventories.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Adhere to company policies and applicable laws in all activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage daily transaction reconciliations.
  • Support management in achieving branch objectives.
  • Participate in cross-training and other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations within a vault or cash processing environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one.
  • Valid guard card or capability to acquire necessary licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a production setting.
  • Background in cash handling in secure logistics or banking.
  • Familiarity with coin processing operations.
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies and process improvement.
  • Experience in budgeting and planning.
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
