We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Southerland Page, Inc. As a key member of our office support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to various departments within the firm, including facilities management, administrative tasks, and special projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage office supplies and kitchen supplies, ensuring that they are always stocked and readily available.
  • Maintain the kitchen and conference rooms, ensuring they are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with the delivery of mail, packages, and other shipments.
  • Support employee desk moves and furniture relocations.
  • Provide administrative support for the office, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Provide front desk phone support and respond to inquiries from employees and clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various projects.
  • High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform and manage projects using independent judgment and personal initiative.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Recognize and act on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants.
  • Must be a provider of excellent customer service.

Working Conditions:
