POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Retail Operations Manager at Big O Tires, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our retail location to ensure we achieve our objectives effectively and profitably. Your role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction is vital to our success. Your primary focus will be on leading, inspiring, and developing our store team while executing effective business strategies and upholding our company standards.
