Position Overview:
The Director of Pharmacy will oversee and manage all aspects of the pharmacy department in a healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
- Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.
