The Residential Care Coordinator will oversee a designated facility in the Connecticut region, specifically working with individuals exhibiting significant behavioral challenges, including those who are non-verbal and present complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all services provided to the individual are effectively managed, communicated, and coordinated on a daily basis.
- Provide consistent supervision and guidance to all staff members at the facility.
- Monitor and ensure that the daily health and nutritional requirements of the residents are adequately met.
- Facilitate the communication and coordination of any changes in services, hospital admissions, and other relevant matters.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of both the residence and transportation vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all emergency procedure protocols.
- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with team members, service providers, neighbors, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
- Manage and oversee all budgeting and financial accounts, ensuring accurate collection and reporting as necessary.
