Job Qualifications:

  • Must be certified in all Team Positions/Team Trainer/Inventory Specialist/B.O.H.Leader/F.O.H. Leader.
  • A role model by consistently adhering to appearance and procedural standards.
  • Contributes to restaurant goal setting and strives to meet team objectives.
  • Promotes performance standards among team members.
  • Provides constructive feedback to the restaurant team.
  • Collaborates with team members to address problems and make informed decisions.
  • Effectively resolves conflicts and improves team member performance issues.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical/decision-making skills.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate product preparation and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manages labor costs within acceptable variances, following labor laws.
  • Controls food expenses within established limits.
  • Coordinates opening and closing procedures efficiently and safely.
  • Oversees proper product handling, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
  • Assists in implementing marketing strategies, including correct POP placement, suggestive selling, and consumer education.
  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.
  • Boosts crew productivity through effective deployment throughout the shift.
  • Trains new team members on their roles, ensuring they are competent and confident.
  • Participates in the development of training plans and materials.
  • Takes ownership of employee training, coaching, and follow-up.
  • Responds promptly to safety and security concerns.
  • Ensures equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functions correctly.

Estimated Annual Salary:$ 44,800 - $ 62,100 based on location and qualifications.
