We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in rural Alaska. As a CRNA with PeaceHealth, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care in a variety of specialties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with every 3rd day being home call. We rarely have cases done on call, and our team is committed to providing excellent patient care.
