**Job Summary:**

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. This role offers the opportunity to work in various locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
  • Care for residents with diverse needs and requirements.
  • Administer medications or treatments as ordered by healthcare professionals.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop effective care plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Estimated Salary: $32.50 - $45.00 per hour.
