Job Description

The Arc of Palm Beach County Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and performing various accounting tasks.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll processing, with experience working with ADP Workforce Now. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Record Workers Comp entries in MIP on a bi-weekly basis, following the payroll schedule.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • AS Degree or College Credit Certificate in Accounting or 2 years of recent payroll and accounts payable experience.
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Payroll system strongly preferred; Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
