Job Summary

As a Community Support Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in McDowell and Caldwell counties.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily living support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to enhance the quality of life for individuals served.
  • Building relationships with community stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education and experience in supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per annum.
