Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and needs promptly
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience
  • Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise
  • Use basic selling techniques to engage with customers
  • Introduce current sales, promotions, credit card applications, and other brand initiatives to gain customer loyalty
  • Follow the Company's Customer FIRST model
  • Complete sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines
  • Speak positively about the brand, customers, and team members
  • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction
  • Maintain visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations
  • Assist in daily store recovery
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices
  • Share feedback and ideas with management to improve processes
  • Adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Provide support for all cross-functional departments
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Must be energetic and charismatic
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act with integrity and business maturity
  • Ability to complete sales transactions in the POS register system
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals
