Position: Chief Technologist for Radar Division

We are seeking an innovative and accomplished Chief Technologist to spearhead our radar technical strategy and innovation projects at BlueHalo. This position entails overseeing the advancement of cutting-edge radar systems and RF technologies for diverse applications, including wireless communications, phased array antennas, and positioning technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of radar technology, exhibit strong technical leadership, and have a passion for enhancing defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer technical direction and leadership within the NXTRF Division
  • Advance the development of radar and RF technologies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discover new technology opportunities
  • Lead a team of engineers and researchers
  • Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to technical publications and patents
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or master's degree in electrical engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in radar and RF technology
  • Active Top Secret DoD security clearance
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication abilities
  • Expertise in radar theory and system design
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MATLAB and FPGA
  • Familiarity with digital signal processing algorithms
