- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program operations, including clinical site management and student supervision.
- Appreciation and Promotion of Diversity: Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and beyond.
- Assessment of Student Learning: Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.

- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities to improve teaching practices, curriculum, and program effectiveness.
In addition to teaching in the classroom, this role requires the ability to:
- Consistently communicate using the spoken word with students, staff, and colleagues.
- Visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess.
- Operate equipment specific to the programmatic track, personal computer, audio-visual equipment, clinical equipment, etc.
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects.
- Ability to see and hear within normal parameters.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
