Nursing Instructor Position at Augsburg University

Augsburg University invites applications for adjunct faculty positions to teach courses in the various nursing programs, including the BSN completion, MA in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP-FNP and post-Masters DNP). The successful candidate will possess a high level of intercultural competency and a commitment to inclusive practice and authentic representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in the nursing programs
  • Develop and implement course syllabi
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in nursing (or in progress) for graduate programs
  • Masters degree in nursing for BSN completion or clinical instructor position
  • Licensed and unencumbered registered nurse in the State of Minnesota or eligible for RN licensure
