En calidad de Senior Logistics Operations Specialist, serás responsable de revisar y desarrollar TMRs / TMOs, así como planes logísticos, políticas y procedimientos necesarios para brindar apoyo en las áreas logísticas de suministro, transporte, mantenimiento y servicios.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

- Recomendar y coordinar la estructura de apoyo logístico para llevar a cabo las funciones logísticas del proyecto.

- Coordinar la interfaz entre funciones logísticas como transporte, mantenimiento y almacenamiento para asegurar un apoyo eficiente, oportuno y rentable al cliente.

- Identificar áreas problemáticas en logística y coordinar la resolución de problemas o recomendar soluciones a la dirección.

- Colaborar con los clientes para garantizar que se cumplan y comuniquen los objetivos, prioridades y cronogramas logísticos deseados a la dirección.

- Analizar los procesos de trabajo y desarrollar métricas para medir el rendimiento.

- Coordinar con áreas funcionales como Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y otros Servicios Compartidos según sea apropiado respecto a las funciones logísticas realizadas bajo contrato.

- Realizar un seguimiento de todas las misiones de apoyo logístico.

- Ejecutar otras tareas según se asignen.

Calificaciones Básicas (Educación, Experiencia, Habilidades y Certificaciones Requeridas)

- Debe poder pasar una investigación de antecedentes del Gobierno de EE. UU. y obtener una autorización de seguridad secreta, manteniéndola durante la duración de su empleo en este contrato. Por lo tanto, debe ser ciudadano de EE. UU. para ser elegible para este puesto.

- Se requiere un título universitario y al menos 3 años de experiencia relacionada. Un diploma de secundaria y 4 años adicionales de experiencia pueden considerarse en lugar de un título.

- Se requiere experiencia en el proceso de TMR (Solicitud de Movimiento de Transporte).

- Experiencia en el proceso de TMO (Orden de Movimiento de Transporte).

- Debe tener experiencia en el entorno de Command Post of the Future (CPOF) / Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE).

- Se requieren sólidas habilidades informáticas, incluyendo Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access y PowerPoint.

Compensación

- Horas Semanales Programadas: 40

- Compensación Básica: $76,300 - $114,400
