POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer who will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes. This position is integral to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of respect, teamwork, and trust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and evaluate product and process quality through performance assessments and testing.
- Utilize technical troubleshooting skills to address quality issues in existing processes.
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives to resolve deviations from established standards.
- Collaborate on process capability assessments and implement permanent improvements.
- Guide production operators and team members in adhering to manufacturing standards.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SENIOR LEVEL
- Analyze performance data to drive process optimization and develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Provide mentorship and quality expertise to teams during new product industrialization.
- Engage in Product Quality Planning, including impact analysis and training needs assessment.
- Ensure quality and productivity targets are met through effective problem-solving methodologies.
- Contribute to project planning for product and process modifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field is required.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant internships or military service are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new software systems.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR LEVEL
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering or quality management within a manufacturing context.
- A B.S. degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Material Science Engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality protocols and ISO standards is advantageous.
