The Part Time Retail Merchandiser is a critical role within our team, responsible for representing the Hallmark brand and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will service stores based on a scheduling tool provided by Hallmark, working independently to showcase your organization and time management skills.\
  • You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, supporting fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.\
  • You may be required to work on holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, which may include weekends.\
  • You will perform department resets, including installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.\
  • You will be part of a team responsible for one-time tasks and installation efforts.\
  • You will interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.\

    • Your starting pay will be between $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on your shift and location.\
    • This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the week, with weekly hours ranging from 5-8 hours.\
    • Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.\

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and understand English.\
  • You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.\
  • You are able to operate hand-held technology and access a Wi-Fi network and the internet.\
  • You have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.\
