Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at one of our learning centers. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes socialization, exploration, and learning
  • Partner with parents and center staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
  • Support the success of our center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts
  • Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community partners to promote a culture of excellence
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
