Job Summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. The successful candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of products, maintain vehicle upkeep, and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and complete shipment logs at each location
  • Load, secure, and protect products in the delivery vehicle and transport merchandise safely
  • Document vehicle movement on daily route sheets and offload merchandise securely
  • Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition
  • Adhere to state and federal break requirements and protect company assets
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience
  • Positive customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and pass a background check
  • Proficient in applicable technology, such as GPS and Time Clocks
