Key Responsibilities: In the role of Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial part in resolving conflicts and supporting our legal team with a variety of legal, business, and compliance issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited institution and a valid Texas state bar license
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
  3. Proficient in managing legal claims and collaborating with external counsel
  4. Experience in supervising paralegals and legal assistants
  5. Skilled in drafting agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents
  6. Adept at conducting legal research on governmental and business matters and compiling findings
  7. Capable of developing and revising policies, procedures, and regulatory/business initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in an in-house legal role
  2. Background in governmental or regulatory affairs
