Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $17-19 per hour with membership, sales, and retention bonuses. You'll also enjoy 5-8 hour shifts with consistent days and times, allowing you to plan your work and personal life with ease. Additionally, you'll receive thorough, paid training to ensure your success in this role. Job DescriptionAs a Member Experience Representative, you will be responsible for managing front desk tasks, speaking to children and families, and maintaining a school set up for success at every lesson. You will specialize in business growth by using your sales and customer service experience to achieve new membership and member retention goals. Your skills, knowledge, and personality are essential to your community and the families we serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Initiating conversations with new and returning families about our lessons, schedule, and curriculum.
  • Sharing knowledge and answering questions about our student level placement and curriculum.
  • Reviewing schedule openings and scheduling members into classes through our administrative system.
  • Walking new families through the first-day process, offering a tour of our facility, and introducing each child to their instructor.

Required Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Able to swim and possess lifeguard, CPR & AED certification.
  • Physical requirements of the day-to-day position include standing, reaching, bending, typing, and working from an upright desk.
  • Ability to work scheduled days every week, including one weekday evening and one weekend day per workweek.
  • Sales, retention, or membership experience with a strong presence answering phones and in person.
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and computer skills with Google Suite.
