Job Overview

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is sought for a prominent non-profit healthcare organization.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in non-profit healthcare finance, auditing, and accounting. Familiarity with HRSA grants is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $115,000 - $150,000
  • Health Insurance: Employer covers 80%

Key Responsibilities

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in non-profit healthcare and HRSA grants management is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
  • Experience in grants management and auditing is necessary.
  • Preferred experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a senior or director-level position with supervisory responsibilities.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
