Job Title: Per Diem RN Delegator

EverHome HealthCare is a well-established and highly respected Home Health and Home Care agency serving the Central Puget Sound. We are a doctor-owned company with an expert team to support you.

The RN Delegator will be responsible for providing nursing assessments, visits, and delegations throughout King and Snohomish County. A critical component of the role is to ensure that all who encounter our company see EverHome HealthCare as having a culture of compassion, accountability, results, and expertise, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

We provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes. Some of our current client care includes working with clients with dementia, spinal cord injuries, brain injury, and bone and joint injury. Some of the nursing visits can include but are not limited to infusion therapy, wound care, setting medications, providing injections, compression wraps, urostomy appliance change, and ventilator care.

We also provide Care Management services as well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing including supervising caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing assessments, visits, and delegations throughout King and Snohomish County
  • Ensure that all who encounter our company see EverHome HealthCare as having a culture of compassion, accountability, results, and expertise
  • Provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes
  • Supervise caregivers (CNA, HCA) by providing coaching and training
  • Rotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via phone or visits

Qualifications:

  • Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Must demonstrate an ability to practice independently in the delivery of nursing care
  • 2 to 3 years' clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Require reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksites
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License
  • Proof of current auto liability insurance
  • Computer literate with experience in different computer programs
  • Strong grasp of legal and ethical issues pertaining to confidentiality
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative
