About the Role

Covenant Health (Tennessee) is seeking a skilled Event Athletic Trainer to join our team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our Sports Medicine team, you will provide athletic training services for various events and locations, including sports tourism venues and school tournaments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide athletic training services for specified locations, including emergency medical response and injury assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of injuries and treatments, and provide timely reporting feedback.
  • Complete all documentation and reports in a timely manner, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and work towards achieving goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Tennessee State licensure as an athletic trainer and Board of Certification (BOC) certification for the Athletic Trainer.
  • CPR/BLS certifications preferred.
