Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Regional Resource Team as a Regional Teller/Banker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing, and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Requirements
