Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Carwash Manager at one of our St. Louis locations. As a Carwash Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of employees while participating in our Manager Training and Development Program.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by leading by example, greeting customers positively, identifying needs, and selling car wash services and memberships.
  • Daily Operations: Coordinate daily store production, manage quality and customer service standards, complete administrative tasks punctually, and respond to customer and employee concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Provide daily direction and coaching to employees, create a positive work environment, and ensure sufficient labor coverage for all key positions.

Requirements:
  • A current and valid driver's license;
  • An associate's degree or above (or a current college senior) OR at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles;
  • Availability to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekend and holidays);
  • At least 16 years of age;
  • Authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
