Vans Seasonal Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Vans team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Drive sales growth through effective selling behaviors and consumer-centric mindset
  • Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer-ready by meeting brand standards
  • Use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results
  • Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to be solution-oriented and flexible in a dynamic retail environment
  • 0-1 years of related professional or retail experience preferred

Benefits:

This part-time or limited-time position is not eligible for all of the benefit plans offered at VF Corporation. However, you will have access to some benefits, including competitive hourly wage, flexible hours, and product discounts. Detailed information on the benefits options you qualify for will be provided upon hire.

Please note that our hiring ranges are determined and built from market pay data. Although all positions have a hiring range based upon market data, this position has a minimum starting rate of $15.15. In determining the specific compensation for this position, we comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
