Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Solution Architect to join our team at Calabrio. As a Business Intelligence Senior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Business Intelligence solutions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Calabrio's BI solutions, aligning the product roadmap with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements, write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Delivery: Work closely with development teams, agile coaches, and other product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and support teams, gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to their specific needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance, utilize BI tools and techniques to uncover insights and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • BI Report Dashboard Development: Create standardized BI and reporting assets for use across customers, lead customer training for Calabrio's BI tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Business Intelligence with a deep understanding of Cloud Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, BI concepts, and data visualization.
  • Experience in product design, project management, and business analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and workforce optimization is preferred.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
