About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced psychologist to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mental well-being and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of aging.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $145,000 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential. Our benefits package includes top-tier health, dental, vision, and other benefits to support your well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD or PsyD degree in psychology.
  • A current license to practice as a psychologist.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for working with older adult populations.
