As a Clinical Supervisor Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical team in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Clinical Supervisor with clinical and administrative tasks, including developing interventions and creating materials for behavior programs.
- Provide ongoing training and consultation to families on positive supports and behavioral interventions.
- Assist with developing goals in areas such as communication, functional living skills, and social skills.
- Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports, and provide feedback to ensure accuracy of client data.
- Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure accuracy of client data.
- Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.
- Master's degree in a related field or currently enrolled in a Master's program.
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Behavior Therapist.
- 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
