Certification Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold current certifications in BLS, PALS, RRT, NBRC-RRT, and WA RCP. Additionally, you must have a valid WA license.

Job Details:
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Seattle Childrens Main. This is a 13-week travel assignment with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PICU or NICU setting and be proficient in airway management, medication administration, and ventilator management.

Responsibilities:
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced pediatric ICU environment. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a pediatric ICU setting. You must also be proficient in the use of Cerner systems and have a strong understanding of pediatric respiratory care. Additionally, you must be able to work a 3x12 day shift schedule and be available to work on-call shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with experience working in a Level 1 trauma center and teaching/community hospital setting. Additionally, candidates with experience working Christmas Eve/Christmas Day shifts are preferred.
