**Job Summary**

VIDA is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Project Manager to lead global clinical trials using medical imaging. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with sponsors, CROs, and trial sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage project start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives and milestones.
  • Coordinate with sponsors and CROs to develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including trial management charters, KPIs, and communication plans.
  • Track project status and progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet sponsor requirements.
  • Assess and communicate changes in project scope, impact on timelines and resources.
  • Provide accurate project status reports and metrics for invoicing purposes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in project management, or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience with clinical trials and working with CROs is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management and risk management skills, with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
