Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record patient statistics, including blood pressure, weight, and vital signs
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory
