Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, including setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
